1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (nandidigitals.com) or using any services provided by Nandi Digitals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nandi Digitals provides SEO and digital growth services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO)
• Content Marketing and Content Writing
• Link Building
• Web Development
• Social Media Marketing
• PPC Advertising

The scope of services will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal for each client engagement.

By engaging our services, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their business and website
• Grant necessary access to website, hosting, analytics, and other relevant accounts
• Not make significant changes to the website without informing our team
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Ensure their website content complies with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any black-hat SEO practices independently during our engagement

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise specified:

• All fees are due as per the agreed schedule
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, business strategies, login credentials, and other sensitive data confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and materials created by Nandi Digitals for the client become the property of the client upon full payment. Nandi Digitals retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our services may require the use of third-party tools and platforms (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools, etc.). Nandi Digitals is not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services, including changes in their terms, pricing, or availability.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice as per the terms defined in the individual agreement. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments must be settled
• Access credentials will be returned to the client
• Nandi Digitals will hand over all work completed up to the termination date
• Nandi Digitals is not responsible for any ranking changes after termination

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nandi Digitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

11. Website Usage

Visitors to our website agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
